On Aug 21, 165 Hongqi complete vehicles transported by the China-Europe Railway Express (Shenyang) Hub were exported to Europe through Suifenhe Port. Since then, the corporation between FAW and Sinotrans Limited (Sinotrans) Shenyang train platform officially commenced.

To implement the Belt and Road Initiative, FAW Import & Export Corporation signed a strategic cooperative agreement with logistics company Sinotrans in 2023. Under the deal, the two parties would give full play to their scale advantages, leverage their strengths to carry out a series of cooperations in international bill delivery, comprehensive supply chain guarantee, smart construction, etc. FAW had signed contracts with 5 China-Europe Railway Express platforms, which under the jurisdiction of Shenyang Railway Bureau. The cooperation would ensure Chinese auto brand's global expansion.

FAW will deepen the cooperation with Sinotrans, firmly implement the Belt and Road Initiative, support the revitalization for Northeast China, leverage the advantages of Railway Express in northeast area and accelerate the pace of going global.
