On November 5, FAW Group Corporation signed an MoU (memorandum of understanding) with Audi AG on importing CKD parts in 2025, at the seventh China International Import Expo (CIIE), which kicked off on November 5 in Shanghai. Qiu Xiandong, chairman of FAW Group and secretary of the CPC FAW Group Committee, and Gernot Döllner, CEO of Audi, attended the signing ceremony.
According to the MoU, Audi FAW New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. (Audi FAW) will begin importing CKD parts from Audi AG in 2025 for the complete vehicle production and sales. The two parties will work together to further expand high-end market and provide users with even richer and more intelligent array of green mobility.
