On November 5, FAW Group Corporation signed an MoU (memorandum of understanding) with Toyota Motor (China) on importing auto parts at the seventh China International Import Expo (CIIE), which kicked off on November 5 in Shanghai. Qiu Xiandong, chairman of FAW Group and secretary of the CPC FAW Group Committee, and Dong Changzheng, senior executive vice president of Toyota Motor (China), attended the signing ceremony.
According to the MoU, FAW Toyota will begin importing CKD parts from Toyota Motor (China) in 2025. The two parties will work together to provide users with high-quality travel experience through in-depth cooperation, and contribute to the sustainable development of the society and Chinese automotive industry.
